Are you Lost in the Kitchen?

Cooking isn’t just following a recipe! It is a process that involves preparation, technique and an understanding of the foods we eat. We are pleased to announce fellow parent, Dio Miranda of Diofitness, Inc., is bringing Professional Chef Luis Rosado to the Good Earth Kitchen. Together they will share a basic but unique way of preparing food and assist you in understanding the proper way to finish a meal. During this 2-day event you will practice different cooking methods and learn how to maximize your product and time. The goal is to simply have you feel more comfortable and confident so that the food you make at home will be a better and more joyful product. Come with your questions and leave with answers and a full belly of the food prepared during our time together.
