 In Our Daily Rhythm

As we continue to utilize seasonal produce, we have modified our menu to make the most of organic vegetables that we receive from Johnson’s Backyard!  Below is the menu for June 9 – June 13.

MONDAY

AM SNACK:  Organic cucumbers with organic sour cream dip and rice cakes

LUNCH:  Organic broccoli rice casserole with shredded raw milk cheddar

PM SNACK:  1/2 banana

TUESDAY

AM SNACK:  Organic air popped popcorn with savory butter

LUNCH:  Organic “pizza” soup with fresh herbs, organic yellow squash and zucchini, fresh baked organic bread and organic butter

PM SNACK:  Raw cashews and raisins

WEDNESDAY

AM SNACK:  Organic cereal with almond milk

LUNCH:  Organic spinach and feta pizza, organic chilled pasta salad

PM SNACK:  Organic fruit bars

THURSDAY

AM SNACK:  Organic graham crackers with organic peanut butter and jam

LUNCH:  Vegetarian springs rolls with organic shredded carrots, cabbage and avocado slices served with a peanut dipping sauce, fresh pineapple

PM SNACK:  Organic veggie chips

FRIDAY

AM SNACK:  Organic cinnamon applesauce

LUNCH:  Organic dirty rice

PM SNACK:  Organic gluten-free pretzels
