PM: sesame sticks and organic raisins

Tuesday
AM: cinnamon toast
Lunch: egg salad (local pastured organic eggs, mayonnaise), rice crackers, organic green peas
PM: dried apricots

Wednesday
AM: clementine oranges
Lunch: split pea soup w/ organic onion, organic celery, organic carrots and nitrite/nitrate free bacon, homemade organic bread w/ butter
PM: pretzels

Thursday
AM: Schumann’s Bakehaus granola and organic almond milk
Lunch: enchilada casserole (pintos, onions, green pepper, corn tortillas, cheese, homemade enchilada sauce)
PM: organic popcorn w/ butter

Friday
AM: rice chex cereal w/ organic milk
Lunch: PB&J on rice cakes (organic peanut butter), applesauce
PM: bananas
