Program Description:

Our  new Good Earth Afterschoolers program for students kinder – third grade (k-3 grade). Led by Master Teacher and Program Director Joy Mulay in the Kinder building.

Good Earth After-Schoolers is a Waldorf-inspired afternoon class for students ages 5-9 years that are enrolled in K-3rd grade for the 2020-2021 school year. By design, it is a compliment to a child’s in-person, virtual, or home school elementary day. The intent of the class is to be a developmentally appropriate and healing counter to elementary academic work, potentially on electronic devices for a significant portion of the morning at home or in school.

With a group size of 12, the Good Earth After-schooler class is an opportunity for recurring social connection.

This class may also be a needed respite for parents who are leading their child’s education this year.

Students may arrive anytime during the After-schooler class, as elementary school end times and commitments vary.
