Community & Parental Involvement

We believe that you have chosen our school for your child(ren) not just because you need care for them, but because you wish for them to connect with like-minded children, families, and staff who generally believe that natural/gentle parenting, wholesome food, family life, and connection with nature are important in a child’s development. We look forward to building a supportive community within our school. This is achieved through time to commune with one another, tending to the school and its grounds (work days, volunteerism), and through celebrations and festivals. Please make yourself available to the experience of being supported through the joyous, trying, exhilarating, exhausting steps of raising young children!

We Value Our Parents

We value our parents and love to have you involved. You are welcome to share a project with our school or volunteer to help out with something. Please let us know how you would like to be involved and coordinate details with our Assistant Director, Andrea. We will also begin quarterly staff and parent volunteer workdays to refurbish and renovate our school.
