Lunch: chicken rice soup (organic celery, parsley, local pastured chicken, homemade bone broth, organic carrots, onions, organic rice), homemade organic bread w/ butter
PM: honey roasted peanuts

Thursday
AM: Schumann Bakehaus birdseed bars
Lunch: beef and lentil chili (local grass fed beef), cornbread w/butter
PM: ginger snaps

Friday
AM: organic raisins
Lunch: cheese pizza (homemade dough, mozzarella, organic marinara sauce), organic broccoli
