PM Snack: cheddar cheese cubes, organic raisins

Wednesday
AM Snack: dry cereal
Lunch: wild salmon cakes, mashed potatoes, orangic broccoli, organic milk
PM Snack: dried plums, pretzels and organic tortilla chips

Thursday
AM Snack: wholegrain blueberry waffles
Lunch: homemade chicken potpie with organic mixed vegetables, organic milk
PM Snack: yogurt smoothie, crackers

AM Snack: fresh pineapple
Lunch: tomato-basil pizza, organic green beans, organic milk
