Treehouse friends help cook each day; all classes make bread on Wednesdays.

Monday
AM: organic apple slices
Lunch: local grass fed hamburger gravy over organic brown rice, green beans w/ bacon (nitrite/nitrate free) and organic onions
PM: peanuts, organic raisins

Tuesday
AM: homemade banana bread
Lunch: spinach lasagna (organic spinach, organic marinara, brown rice pasta, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese), organic romaine lettuce w/ homemade lemon vinaigrette
PM: organic baby carrots, hummus

Wednesday
AM: Clementine oranges
Lunch: pinto beans, organic brown rice, homemade bread w/ organic butter
PM: cucumber slices, cheddar cheese cubes

Thursday
AM: Schumann Bakehaus whole lemon muffins
Lunch: frittata (organic eggs, organic broccoli, organic onion), roasted sweet potatoes
PM: sunflower seeds, organic craisins

Friday
AM: organic bananas
Lunch: broiled cheddar egg salad (organic eggs) on English muffins, organic applesauce
PM: salsa, organic tortilla chips
