Tuesday
AM: Organic Z bars
Lunch: chicken stirfry (organic chicken, vegetables, brown rice)
PM: pretzels, homemade ranch dip

Wednesday
AM: sunrise bars (oats, flaxseed, dried fruit)
Lunch: lasagna and organic breadsticks w/ butter (all kid-made, including the butter!!)
PM: dried plums (“prunes” HA!, or “big raisins” to the kids, limit 2 or 3), organic animal crackers
Thursday
AM: organic quinoa w/ rasperries and organic blueberries, Texas honey, organic milk
Lunch: grass fed beef meatloaf, organic green beans
PM: cheese cubes, Pirate’s Booty

Friday
AM: Greek yogurt, organic granola
Lunch: curried rice w/lentils, Miss Andrea’s fried beans and sweet potatoes
PM: rice crackers, organic hummus
