 In Weekly Meal Plan

Monday

AM:  toast w/ butter (children toast bread in toasters, spread butter)

Lunch:  vegetable soup (black beans, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, carrots, green peas), crackers, string cheese

PM:  pretzels

Tuesday

AM:  cereal w/ almond milk (homemade granola and/or organic berry vanilla puffs)

Lunch:  pinto beans over rice, warm flour tortillas  (children make rice with teachers)

PM:  raisins

Wednesday

AM:  bagels w/ cream cheese (children toast bagels in toaster, spread cream cheese)

Lunch:  sesame noodles w/ shredded roast chicken and cucumber

PM:  bananas

Thursday

AM:  cantaloupe, warm flour tortillas (children dice cantaloupe)

Lunch:  cheese tortellini w/ broccoli and garlic

PM:  animal crackers

Friday

AM:  peanut butter banana smoothies (honey, peanut butter, bananas, almond milk)

Lunch:  spaghetti w/ meatballs, Parmesan cheese

PM:  Annie’s snack bags
