Lunch: roasted stir-fry (onions, kale, butternut squash, sprouts, carrots, mushrooms) over rice w/ sunshine sauce (sun butter, soy sauce, ginger, garlic)

PM Snack: sweet plantain chips

Tuesday

AM Snack: overnight oatmeal w/ cinnamon, raisins, and almond milk

Lunch: homemade bread w/ butter, broccoli and cheese soup, cauliflower

PM Snack: energy balls

Wednesday

AM Snack: bananas

Lunch: tomato basil soup w/ lentils, garlic bread (olive oil, garlic)

PM Snack: round crackers

Thursday

AM Snack: orange slices, popcorn w/ butter and cinnamon

Lunch: roasted sweet potato, spinach salad, roast turkey w/ gravy

PM Snack: apples

Friday

AM Snack: cereal bar

Lunch: bacon/egg/potato crust-less quiche, carrot sticks

PM Snack: teacher pick – snack mix
