Monday

AM Snack:  Popcorn with butter, raisins

Lunch:  Pork carnitas with beans, cheese and tortilla chips

PM Snack:  Trail mix

Children’s work:  measure out popcorn for poppers, assemble crockpot lunch with all ingredients

 

Tuesday

AM Snack:  Bell peppers with avocado dip

Lunch:  Crockpot veggie soup, homemade bread with butter

PM Snack:  Veggie straws

Children’s work:  clean and slice bell peppers for morning snack, mash avocadoes for dip, chop veggies for soup, mix and knead dough for bread baking

 

Wednesday

AM Snack:  Oranges and pineapple

Lunch:  Stir fry shrimp with  sun butter soy glaze, veggies and rice

PM Snack:  Pretzels

Children’s work:  make sun butter soy glaze, chop veggies for lunch, measure rice and place in steamers to cook

 

Thursday

AM Snack:  Bagels with cream cheese

Lunch:  Peanut butter and cherry/blueberry/pomegranate jam on sprouted grain bread, applesauce

PM Snack:  animal crackers

Children’s work:  toast bagels and spread cream cheese, assemble sandwiches for lunch
