Lunch:  Crockpot chili, fresh baked bread with butter

PM Snack:  Animal crackers

Children’s work:  Measure, mix and knead dough

 

Wednesday

AM Snack:  Pineapple

Lunch:  Roasted chicken, mashed sweet potatoes, greens with vinaigrette

PM Snack:  Trail mix

Children’s work:  Mix vinaigrette, season and mash sweet potatoes

 

Thursday

AM Snack:  Cheddar cheese cubes and cucumber slices

Lunch:  Stir fry veggies with egg and basmati rice

PM Snack:  Veggie straws

Children’s work:  slice cucumbers for morning snack, measure rice and water for steaming

 

Friday

AM Snack:  Bean dip with tortilla chips

Lunch:  Hummus, bell peppers and chips

PM Snack:  Pretzels

Children’s work:  mash and season beans for dip, slice bell peppers
