Monday

AM Snack:  Bean dip & tortilla chips

Lunch:  Cheese pizza, steamed broccoli with garlic and olive oil

PM Snack:  Veggie straws

Children’s work:  Children will prep their pizzas for baking in class

 

Tuesday

AM Snack:  Apple slices, Colby jack cheese stick

Lunch:  Homemade chicken and biscuit dumplings [celery, onion, roasted chicken, homemade broth, homemade biscuits]

PM Snack:  Banana

Children’s work:  Children will slice apples for morning snack, help mix biscuit dough, wash and sort pintos for next day

 

Wednesday

AM Snack:  Toast with butter, cantaloupe

Lunch:  Ranch beans over rice

PM Snack:  Pretzels and raisins

Children’s work:  children will toast bread, spread butter

 

Thursday

AM Snack:  Toasted bagels with muenster cheese

Lunch:  Spaghetti with meat/veggie [spinach and zucchini] sauce, Parmesan cheese

PM Snack:  Apples

Children’s work:  children will toast their bagels, break pasta for cooking

 

Friday

AM Snack:  Granola with almond milk

Lunch:  Peanut butter & jelly rollups, baby carrots & Good Earth garden cucumbers with hummus

PM Snack:  Animal crackers

Children’s work:  slice cucumbers for lunch, make peanut butter and jelly rollups
