Monday

AM Snack:  Guacamole and chips

Lunch:  Pasta with a homemade cheese sauce, tomato and cucumber salad

PM Snack:  Animal crackers

Children’s work:  slice tomatoes and cucumbers for salad, mash avocado for guacamole

 

Tuesday

AM Snack:  Grapefruit and Texas oranges

Lunch:  Crock pot chili with guacamole, fresh baked bread with butter

PM Snack:  Raisins

Children’s work:  Mix and knead dough, form into loaves, mash avocado for guacamole

 

Wednesday

AM Snack:  Cheese bagels with cream cheese

Lunch:  Greek chicken with herbed rice, salad with vinaigrette

PM Snack:  Butter crackers

Children’s work:  toast bagels, spread their own cream cheese, measure rice and place in rice cooker

 

Thursday

AM Snack:  Bell peppers and homemade dip

Lunch:  Veggie French bread pizzas

PM Snack:  Gluten free pretzels

Children’s work:  slice bell peppers, make pizzas

 

Friday

AM Snack:  Granola with almond milk

Lunch:  Peanut butter and fruit preserve roll ups, applesauce

PM Snack:  Plantain chips

Children’s work:  spread peanut butter and fruit preserves to make their own roll ups
