AM Snack:  Cinnamon/apple gluten free muffins

Lunch:  Mexican lasagna [corn tortillas, pintos, green enchilada sauce, shredded cheese]

PM Snack:  Raisins and pretzels

 

Wednesday

AM Snack:  Bananas

Lunch:  Crockpot BBQ chicken thighs, spinach salad with vinaigrette, bread with butter

PM Snack:  Veggie chips

 

Thursday

AM Snack:  Apples

Lunch:  Roasted sweet potatoes, sage sausage and pasta

PM Snack:  Gorilla Munch

 

Friday

AM Snack:  Fruit and grain bars

Lunch:  Egg salad, crackers, carrot sticks

PM Snack:  Ms. Kristin’s snack mix
