Lunch: Italian lentils (lentils, tomato, basil) over rice pasta, homemade bread with butter

PM: veggie straws

Wednesday
AM: popcorn with butter

Lunch: cheese cubes, tortilla chips w/ guacamole, grapefruit slices

PM: energy balls (coconut, dates, cocoa)

Thursday
AM: warm oatmeal, almond milk

Lunch: banana bread w/ butter, yogurt

PM: homemade roasted maple nuts and craisins

Friday
AM: blueberry bagels and cream cheese

Lunch: bacon/egg/potato breakfast tacos, carrot and celery sticks

PM: multigrain fruit bars
