Lunch: potato/egg/sausage quiche (organic potatoes, organic eggs, Whole Foods sausage), homemade organic bread with organic buttter

Thursday
AM: clementine oranges, cinnamon toast (homemade bread)
Lunch: chicken with brown rice and veggies (all organic)
PM: homemade guacamole, tortilla chips

Friday
AM: crackers with organic peanut butter and honey
Lunch: black bean and cheese burritos (organic black beans, organic tortillas), organic spinach salad with homemade vinaigrette
PM: snack mix (dried fruit, cereal, crackers)
