PM: snack mix: Goldfish crackers, dried apricots, Pirate’s Booty, Amy’s bunny snacks

Tuesday
AM: peanut butter and honey on rice cakes
Lunch: lentil nachos (lentils, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, tortilla chips)
PM: pretzels, peanuts

Wednesday
AM: bananas
Lunch: ham and cheese calzone (kid-made!), roasted cauliflower w/ Parmesan
PM: homemade bean dip, tortilla chips

Thursday
AM: homemade blueberry-banana muffins (gluten-free)
Lunch: curried meatballs (local grass-fed beef), coconut rice w/cranberries and cashews
PM: smoked wild salmon cream cheese, rice crackers

Friday
AM: dry organic raisin bran
Lunch: broccoli-cheese quiche (organic broccoli, yard eggs, cheese, potato crust), fruit salad
PM: sunflower seeds, veggie chips
