Monday

AM:  cantaloupe and cheddar cheese cubes (children help slice cantaloupe and cut cheese into cubes)

Lunch:  ranch beans over organic rice, guacamole (children help prepare rice in rice cookers)

PM:  pretzels

Tuesday

AM:  organic popcorn w/ organic butter, craisins  (children help pop popcorn)

Lunch:  chicken salad, cucumber slices, crackers  (children slice cucumbers)

PM:  bananas

Wednesday

AM:  organic carrots and cucumbers with hummus (children slice cucumbers)

Lunch:  cheese ravioli and organic spinach in organic tomato sauce

PM:  Annie’s snack mix

Thursday

AM:  organic toast and pear slices (children make toast and use toast tongs, help slice pears)

Lunch:  homemade organic vegetable beef soup, warm organic bread with organic butter

PM:  apple halves

Friday

AM:  organic cereal squares, organic applesauce with cinnamon

Lunch:  homemade bean dip with organic tortilla chips, string cheese

PM:  veggie straws
