AM:  Steel Cut Oats with Almond Milk                                                           

Lunch:  Fried Brown Rice with Mixed Veggies (contains eggs)

PM:  Banana

Wednesday

AM:  Bagels with Cream Cheese

Lunch:  Pinto Beans, Rice, and Avocado Sauce (Yogurt, Half/Half, Avocado, Cilantro) with corn chips

PM:  Pears

Thursday

AM:  Cheese Cubes, Carrot and Celery Sticks

Lunch:  Pizza Soup (Tomato, Carrots, Celery, Onion, Basil, Zucchini) and Crackers

PM:  Apples

Friday

AM:  Banana Yogurt (Banana, Brown Sugar, and Plain Yogurt)

Lunch:  Bean Burritos (Pinto Beans, Flour Tortilla and Cheese) and Assorted Vegetable Sticks

PM:  Graham Crackers
