PM: organic celery w/ craisins and peanut butter

Tuesday
AM: pumpkin bread (organic pumpkin)
Lunch: cauliflower gratin (organic cauliflower, diced ham, eggs), organic romaine w/ lemon juice and olive oil
PM: homemade rice crispy treats (organic craisins, sunflower seeds, brown rice cereal, almond butter, brown rice syrup)

Wednesday
AM: organic pears, organic apples, Clementines
Lunch: pumpkin orzo soup (organic pumpkin, orzo pasta, chicken broth), homemade bread, butter
PM: coconut macaroons (coconut, sugar, eggs), peanuts

Thursday
AM: Schumann Bakehaus bran muffins
Lunch: broccoli yum yum (broccoli, eggs, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, onions), orange slices
PM: organic popcorn, cheese cubes

Friday
AM: whole wheat English muffin w/
strawberry jam
Lunch: grass fed beef meatballs, brown rice, homemade gluten-free beef gravy, roasted organic carrots
PM: cranberry oatmeal cookies
