AM:  Yogurt with Honey

Lunch: Saplings/Sprouts: Black Beans and Rice- Treehouse and Kinder: Red Beans and Rice

PM:  Pears

Friday

AM:  Steel Cut Oats with Almond Milk and Brown Sugar

Lunch:  Pinto Bean/ Cheese Burritos with Sliced Cucumbers
