Wednesday
AM: organic strawberries, blueberries, homemade ice cream!
Lunch: black bean tostadas with cheese, salad (organic romaine, avocadoes, pesticide-free tomatoes, homemade lemon/olive oil vinaigrette)
PM: veggie chips, cheese cubes

Thursday
AM: organic oatmeal with organic raisins
Lunch: homemade sloppy Joes (grass fed beef, lentils) on bun, organic broccoli
PM: organic granola bars, banana smoothies

Friday
AM: organic yogurt, dry organic cereal
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread (organic flour), organic baby carrots
PM: sun chips, apple slices
