Lunch: peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich on whole wheat bread, apple and cucumber slices
PM: Annie’s bunny snacks
Tuesday
AM: popcorn with sea salt and olive oil, raisins
Lunch: Texas vegetable soup (Texas-shaped pasta, carrots, celery, onion, vegetable broth), homemade bread w/ butter
PM: mozzarella string cheese
PM Sprouts: Texas vegetable soup (Texas pasta, carrots, celery, onion, vegetable broth), rice crackers
Wednesday
AM: toasted English muffin w/ honey
Lunch: gluten free penne pasta w/ tomato sauce, garlic, Italian spices, and green peas, Parmesan cheese
PM: banana
Thursday
AM: fruit yogurt cup
Lunch: pinto beans w/ rice and guacamole (avocado, lime juice, garlic, sea salt)
PM: applesauce
PM Sprouts: warm rice w/ honey and unsweetened almond milk
Friday
AM: rice cakes w/ hummus
Lunch: curried red lentils (red lentils, coconut milk, ghee, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, spices, onion), tortilla chips
PM: pear
