Our Parent Workday and Community Yard Sale is this Saturday, September 17th from 8am to Noon.
We have a list of projects we are looking to complete and a few tools needed to do the job posted on the main door of the school. You are welcome to sign-up in advance or on Saturday.
We are able to offer childcare for a limited number of families and so if you havent already emailed us your request please do so as soon as possible so that we are able to plan accordingly. A few of our smaller jobs are ones that our older students may be able to assist in tackling as we work together but most are jobs in which the tools may be hazardous for small children.
Fresh fruit, muffins, coffee and cool water will be provided.
We are still accepting donations for the Yard Sale. Due to the Yard Sale and classes on Saturday in the adjacent Sassy Pea we ask that you park across the street in the middle school parking lot if you are able.
As noted in the 2011-2012 Family Handbook we do ask that our families participate in 2 of the 3 scheduled workdays within the year.
