Am Snack:  Sweet and salty popcorn

Lunch:  Smoked ham and cheese chunks, chilled green peas, crackers

Pm Snack:  Buttered caramel rice cakes

 

Thursday

Am snack:  Pineapple

Lunch:  Overnight crockpot black bean chili with tortilla chips and raw milk cheddar cheese

Pm snack:  Veggie chips

 

Friday

Am snack:  Gluten-free bagels with jam

Lunch:  Mac and cheese with buttered green beans

Pm snack:  Gorilla Munch
