AM Snack:  Cereal and raisins

Lunch:  Bison black bean chili, fresh baked bread with butter

PM Snack:  Veggie chips

 

Thursday

AM Snack:  Dill Greek yogurt dip and cucumbers

Lunch:  Asian stir fry with roasted veggies, egg and coconut rice

PM Snack:  Rice cakes

 

Friday

AM Snack:  Banana muffins

Lunch:  Smoked ham and cheese cubes, butter crackers

PM Snack:  Whole grain fruit bars
