Monday

AM Snack:  Blueberry bagels with cream cheese
Lunch:  Pasta with mixed vegetables in a Parmesan cream sauce, herbed crostini

PM Snack:  Popchips

Children’s Work:  Toast bagels, spread cream cheese, slice baguettes and brush with olive oil to toast

 

Tuesday

AM Snack:  Popcorn with butter, citrus
Lunch:  BBQ shredded pork pizza, oven roasted green beans

PM Snack:  Raisins

Children’s Work:  Mix bread dough, top school bread dough with toppings [shredded pork, cheese, bbq sauce]

 

Wednesday

AM Snack:  Bean dip with tortilla chips
Lunch:  Italian quinoa salad [roma tomatoes, Italian parsley, red leaf lettuce and spinach from our garden, homemade balsamic vinaigrette, julienned ham, cucumbers]

PM Snack:  Trail mix

Children’s Work:  Harvest items from garden, chop veggies for salad, mix vinaigrette

 

Thursday

AM Snack:  Cantaloupe

Lunch:  Egg salad, carrot sticks, crackers, raisins

PM Snack:  Animal crackers

Children’s Work:  Peel and mash eggs, mix egg salad

 

Friday

AM Snack:  Cheese sticks

Lunch:  Scrambled eggs, pancakes with syrup, crockpot applesauce

PM Snack:  Granola bars

Children’s Work:  Crack and whisk eggs, mix pancake batter, chop apples for applesauce
