Lunch:  Pinto Beans, Rice, and Shredded Cheddar Cheese

PM:  Pears

Wednesday

AM:  Waffle with Peanut Butter

Lunch:  Tomato Veggie Soup (Canned Tomatoes, Bag of Mixed Veggies, Lentils) with Bread

PM:  Banana

Thursday

AM:  Bagels with Butter

Lunch:  Fried Rice with Mixed Veggies, Soy Sauce, Egg

PM:  Apple

Friday

AM:  Rice Cereal with Almond Milk

Lunch:  Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches on Whole Wheat Bread with Sliced Grapefruit

PM:  Assorted Fruit- Apples, Pears, Banana
