Infants:
The infants enjoyed songs, rhymes, dancing and bouncing/rocking games with Caprice. Gage threw the soft soccer ball to Emma Grace. Porter and Addison enjoyed some tummy time and all friends had contact with Caprice–chin to chin, nose to nose, cheek to cheek and head to head.
Toddlers:
The toddlers enjoyed a farm to visit the animals in the morning with Ellen. They also enjoyed outdoor free play, watching the road work from afar and bubbles. Everyone enjoyed the black bean nachos at lunch and were ready for a good nap! In the afternoon, the children enjoyed more free play in the back yard with Jennifer. The children enjoyed pointing out body parts on the kittens while outside.
Twos:
Read ABCs and 123s. Sang ABCs and counted to 10. Enjoyed painting on top of the sand art that was completed earlier in the week. A tent was built using a tie-dyed sheet. The children enjoyed a farm walk to visit the animals along with a much appreciated cool breeze in the morning. The twos class enjoyed the black bean nachos at lunch!
PreK:
The PreK visited the animals and fed the animals in the morning. Enjoyed singing some class favorites. Chickens were made using felt triangles among other crafting supplies. During outside time, the class built and obstacle course and had a great time playing!
AM Snack: Organic raising bran, water bottles
Lunch: Black bean nachos with organic tortilla chips and shredded cheddar cheese, organic milk
PM Snack: Yo Baby!/Yo Kids yogurt cups, water bottles
