It’s fairy week! We found a magical door outside–could it be where fairies and gnomes enter their hollow stump home? PreK gathered materials and took them inside to begin work on a fairy house for each classroom. We sanded wood, played in rice, and drew with beeswax crayons. Sarah Justice crafted some gnomes and fairies for each house. We had a delicious lunch of homemade chicken potpie, which the children enjoyed immensely. Finally, we added “real” forks to our lunch routine instead of our IKEA plastic ones. Next, glass cups!
