Monday

AM:  organic apple slices

Lunch:  black bean tortilla soup (black beans, organic chicken “bone” broth, fried corn tortillas chips, cheddar cheese )

PM:  organic celery w/ organic cream cheese

Tuesday

AM:  bananas

Lunch:  meatloaf (local grass fed beef, local pastured pork, breadcrumbs, onion, organic tomato sauce, local organic eggs), roasted organic baby carrots, basmati rice

PM:  veggie chips, organic carrot sticks

Wednesday

AM:  organic pears

Lunch:  scrambled local organic eggs, homemade organic bread w/ organic butter, Texas orange and grapefruit slices

PM:  homemade guacamole and local corn tortilla chips

Thursday

AM:  Schumann Bakehaus baked goods (TBD)

Lunch: organic baked potato halves topped w/ organic broccoli and cheddar cheese

PM:  cucumber slices w/ hummus

Friday

AM:  oatmeal w/ organic milk, organic butter, and brown sugar

Lunch:  sliced deli turkey (gluten free), nut thin crackers, organic green salad w/ homemade vinaigrette

PM:  pretzels, dried plums

 

Teachers:  hard boiled organic eggs, veggie crudites, organic yogurt, organic granola, organic spring salad greens, assorted vinaigrettes, noodle bowls, whole grain crispbread, Laughing Cow chipotle cheese wedges, Thai mango jicama salad, dark chocolate, pecans
