Chipotle Ranch Dressing
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 cup milk
1 cup mayonnaise
1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely minced
Combine all ingredients well with a wire whisk. Chill and enjoy over your favorite salad.
Chipotle Ranch Dip
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
16 oz sour cream
1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely minced
Combine all ingredients well with a wire whisk. Chill and enjoy with veggie dippers, crackers, or pretzels.
Lighter Chipotle Ranch Dip/Dressing
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix (lower carb than dressing)
1 8 0z container plain non-fat yogurt
1 8 oz container non fat sour cream
1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely minced.
Combine all ingredients well with a wire whisk. Chill and enjoy over salad or with dippers.
