Miss Barbra made some GIANT granola bar bites for afternoon snack yesterday.  She used organic rolled oats, organic peanut butter, and raw local honey from our Market next door, as well as some raisins we needed to use up in our school pantry.   There are many versions, but here is a recipe that my three school-age children have enjoyed this year.  The bites keep well all week in the fridge, and I even find two walnut-size bites and a cup of tea or glass of milk are a great quick snack for me now that a baby keeps me hopping again!
