Lunch: lentil soup (lentils, homemade chicken broth, organic carrots, organic celery, onion, sage) w/ Parmesan, homemade organic bread, butter
PM: Schumann’s Bakehaus birdseed bars

Thursday
AM: Schumann’s apple bran muffins
Lunch: blueberry French toast casserole (homemade organic French bread, organic local eggs, organic milk, cinnamon, blueberries), brown rice syrup
PM: cucumbers and homemade ranch dip

Friday
AM: organic pears
Lunch: chicken, vegetables, and rice w/ homemade chicken gravy (local organic chicken, basmati rice, organic mixed vegetables)
