AM:  gingerbread, organic raisins, warm cider

Lunch:  bean nachos (mixed beans, organic tortilla chips, cheddar cheese), organic broccoli

PM:  peanut butter pretzels

Tuesday 11/15

AM:  oatmeal w/ brown sugar and cinnamon

Lunch:  spaghetti w/ meat sauce (organic pasta, local grass fed beef, tomatoes), buttered organic corn

PM:  organic animal crackers, craisins

Wednesday 11/16

AM:  chocolate banana smoothie (organic bananas, organic almond milk, nutella)

Lunch:  organic roasted red pepper/tomato soup w/ organic quinoa, homemade organic bread w/ organic butter, string cheese

PM:  cranberry nut mix

Thursday 11/17

AM:  Schumann Bakehaus pumpkin muffins

Lunch:  black beans, organic brown rice, cornbread w/ organic butter

PM:  smoked almonds, dried cherries

Friday 11/18

AM:  granola, organic milk

Lunch:  PB&J sandwich (organic peanut butter, organic jam, whole grain bread), applesauce

PM:  organic baby carrots, organic celery, ranch dip

Monday 11/21

AM:  fruit/nut granola bar

Lunch:  cheese pizza, pineapple chunks

PM:  air popped organic popcorn, chocolate covered peanuts

Tuesday 11/22

AM:  puffed rice cereal, organic milk

Lunch:  smoked wild salmon salad (salmon, mayonnaise), rice crackers, organic apple slices

PM:  cashews and craisins
