PM: fruit smoothie (organic yogurt, pineapple, berries),

Wednesday
AM: “turtles”: avocadoes, cherry tomatoes made into guacamole after turtles, organic tortilla chips
Lunch: homemade vegetable soup, homemade organic bread w/ organic butter
PM: pretzels, string cheese

Thursday
AM: organic apples
Lunch: organic pasta with grass fed beef marinara (organic), organic corn
PM: sunflower seeds, Goldfish crackers

Friday
AM: cantaloupe
Lunch: tuna salad sandwich, cucumber slices, organic hummus
PM: organic animal crackers, organic raisins
