Monday

AM:  cheese stick, cantaloupe (children seed, slice cantaloupe)

Lunch:  organic scrambled eggs/flour tortilla, apple slices (children slice apples)

PM: Zbar

Tuesday

AM:  cucumber slices, hummus (children slice cucumbers)

Lunch:  organic pasta with homemade tomato butter onion sauce, organic baby spinach with homemade vinaigrette

PM:  banana

Wednesday

AM:  homemade banana bread

Lunch:  homemade pinto bean dip, organic tortilla chips, guacamole (children make guacamole with teachers)

PM:  veggie straws

Thursday

AM:  bagels w/ butter, cinnamon, and sugar (children toast bagels in the toaster, use wooden tongs with teachers)

Lunch:  teriyaki (organic) chicken and roasted broccoli over rice (children make rice in rice cookers with teachers)

PM:  pretzels

Friday

AM:  organic cereal w/ organic almond milk (children portion cereal and pour almond milk)

Lunch:  peanut butter and (organic) jelly sandwich on multigrain bread, organic raisins

PM:  snack mix
