Lunch: vegetarian chili (squash, pinto beans, lentils) over corn chips, Colby Jack cheese
PM: organic cream cheese on crackers

Tuesday
AM: Clementine oranges
Lunch: mini veggie/beef meatloaves (grass fed beef, carrots, zucchini, eggs), homemade organic mashed potatoes, homemade brown gravy
PM: tortilla chips, salsa

Wednesday
AM: hot brown rice cereal w/ organic butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon
Lunch: black bean and cheese burritos on flour tortillas, organic spinach salad w/ organic apples and homemade apple vinaigrette
PM: kid-made oatmeal raisin cookies

Thursday
AM: Schumann Bakehaus blueberry bran muffins
Lunch: organic pasta w/ organic broccoli, chickpeas, and Parmesan
PM: peanut butter banana smoothies (organic bananas, almond milk, organic peanut butter)

Friday
AM: string cheese
Lunch: PB&J (organic peanut butter and jam on whole grain bread), organic whole milk yogurt
PM: Goldfish crackers and cashews
