Monday

AM Snack:  Pineapple

Lunch:  Herbed cream cheese and veggie sandwich, raisins

PM Snack:  Pop chips

Children’s work:  mix herbs and cream cheese together, build sandwiches with teachers at lunch table

Tuesday

AM Snack:  Cantaloupe

Lunch:  Black bean crock pot chili, fresh baked bread with butter

PM Snack:  Pretzels

Children’s work: mix and knead dough into loaves for baking

Wednesday

AM Snack:  Popcorn with butter, raisins

Lunch:  Deli platter–smoked ham and cheese cubes, cucumbers

PM Snack:  Black bean and quinoa chips

Children’s work:  slice cucumbers, cube cheese

Thursday

AM Snack:  Bagels with cream cheese

Lunch:  Oven roasted chicken, sweet potatoes and buttered herbed rice

PM Snack:  Animal crackers

Children’s work:  toast bagels, spread cream cheese, measure rice and water, place in steamers to cook

Friday

AM Snack:  Yogurt with cherries

Lunch:  Hummus and fresh veggies, tortilla chips

PM Snack:  Granola bars

Children’s work:  chop cherries to stir in to yogurt, slice veggies for lunch
