Monday

AM:  organic raisins and peanuts

Lunch:  roast chicken thighs and organic green beans over organic rice

PM:  Pirate’s Booty

Tuesday

AM:  warm homemade organic blueberry muffin

Lunch: cheddar cheese cubes, crackers, hummus, carrots and cucumbers (children slice cucumbers and cut cheese into cubes)

PM:  banana

Wednesday

AM: organic popcorn with butter and sea salt,

Lunch:  homemade minestrone soup (tomatoes, beans, organic pasta), homemade organic bread with butter (children knead and shape bread)

PM:  Z bar

Thursday

AM:  multigrain toast with butter

Lunch:  pinto beans over rice, guacamole (children mash avocadoes with lemon, load rice cookers with teachers)

PM:  almonds

Friday

AM: organic cereal, organic almond milk

Lunch:  organic peanut butter and jelly sandwich, red pepper strips with homemade ranch dip

PM:  Annie’s fruit snacks
