PM: rice cakes w/ peanut butter and honey

AM: organic pears
Lunch: curried lentils (lentils, curry powder, organic carrots, organic onions), organic homemade bread, butter
PM: string cheese

Thursday
AM: cantaloupe
Lunch: beef stew (local grass fed beef, homemade beef bone broth, organic carrots, organic potatoes)
PM: pretzels
