Lunch:  homemade vegetable soup, homemade bread w/ butter

PM:  apple

Wednesday

AM: popcorn, raisins

Lunch:  pinto beans over rice w/ guacamole

PM:  gluten-free pretzels

Thursday

AM:  steel cut oats, brown sugar, almond milk

Lunch:  cheese and spinach pizza

PM:  bananas and apples

Friday

AM:  cornflakes w/ almond milk

Lunch:  bean burrito, seasoned rice w/ green peas

PM:  apple cinnamon rice cake
