Lunch:  black bean nachos (black beans, organic tortilla chips, organic white cheddar cheese), organic broccoli

PM:  organic carrots and organic celery w/ homemade ranch dip

Tuesday  Happy Valentine’s Day!

AM:  smoothie (bananas, organic apple juice, organic berries, organic vanilla yogurt)

Lunch:  eggplant casserole (eggplant, onion, organic tomatoes, organic basil, fresh mozzarella cheese, peppocini peppers)

PM:  Schumann’s Bakehaus sugar cookies

Wednesday

AM:  smoked almonds, organic raisins

Lunch:  chicken rice soup (local organic chicken, split peas, homemade bone broth, organic celery, organic carrots), organic bread w/ butter

PM:  Schumann’s Bakehaus birdseed bars

Thursday

AM:  clementine oranges

Lunch:  vegetable beef soup (local grass feed beef, organic mixed vegetables, organic potatoes), organic tortilla chips

PM:  white cheddar Pirate’s Booty

Friday

AM:  organic apples w/ almond butter

Lunch:  scrambled lcoal organic eggs, organic waffles w/ brown rice syrup

PM:  Annie’s snacks:  bunny grahams, cheddar bunnies

Teachers:  Wonderbars, hard-boiled organic eggs, local Szechuan orange spice pasta w/ organic sesame vinagrette, almond butter, gluten free whole grain crackers, Thai kitchen rice noodles, miso broth, salted dark chocolate
