Tuesday

Lunch: Asian meatballs (local pastured pork, local grass fed beef, garlic) over basmati rice, organic mixed vegetables
PM: organic popcorn w/ butter

Wednesday
AM: orange slices
Lunch: split pea and bacon soup (nitrite/nitrate bacon, organic carrots, organic celery, dried peas, homemade chicken bone broth), homemade organic bread w/ butter
PM: pretzels

Thursday
AM: Schumann Bakehaus muffins
Lunch: Guest Chef Kristin Kemp (Thomas) will make whole wheat pasta w/ grass fed beef meat sauce and cheddar cheese, heart-shaped heirloom tomato salad (tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, organic basil, organic olive oil), love potion (organic grape juice, organic strawberries and organic raspberries)
PM: fresh pineapple

Friday
AM: organic pears
Lunch: black bean chili over basmati rice, cheddar cheese
PM: Goldfish crackers

Teachers: Wonderbars, local roasted pecans, local dark chocolate covered pecans, organic yogurt, local honey, broccoli egg cups, hard-boiled organic eggs, roasted organic chicken, organic veggie sticks, organic roasted garlic chive dip
