PM: peanuts, Goldfish crackers

Wednesday
AM: oat and honey granola bars
Lunch: barbecue chicken(organic chicken thighs, homemade barbecue sauce), organic green beans, homemade organic bread w/ organic butter
PM: organic baby carrots, homemade ranch dip

Thursday
AM: pineapple, organic dry cereal
Lunch: bean and cheese nachos (organic pinto beans, organic tortilla chips, Colby Jack cheese), banana half
PM: homemade blueberry muffins (gluten free) and blueberry corn muffins

Friday
AM: Greek yogurt w/ gluten-free granola
Lunch: homemade veggie beef soup (grass fed beef, organic mixed vegetables, organic tomato sauce, organic pasta), buttered multigrain bread

PM: snack mix: sesame sticks, dried plums, pretzel sticks
