Lunch: vegetable beef soup (grass fed stew beef, organic potatoes, organic carrots/peas/green beans/corn), blueberry corn muffins
PM: pretzels

Wednesday
AM: organic apple slices
Lunch: homemade cheese pizza (homemade organic crust, organic marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, basil from our garden!), organic spinach w/ homemade vinaigrette
PM: rice crackers

Thursday
AM: Schumann’s Bakehaus muffins
Lunch: brown rice pasta w/ white beans, garlic, organic kale, Parmesan
PM: organic carrots and hummus

Friday
AM: pineapple
Lunch: tuna salad sandwiches on wheat bread, cucumber slices
PM: organic popcorn w/ butter
