Lunch: pasta salad: rotini pasta, nitrite/nitrate free ham, mozzarella cheese cubes, cucumber, grape tomatoes, Newman’s vinaigrette
PM: tortilla chips, salsa

Wednesday
AM: organic apple slices
Lunch: homemade veggie pizzas: organic dough, zucchini, organic carrots, organic tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, organic baby spinach w/ homemade vinaigrette
PM: goldfish crackers and craisins

Thursday
AM: peanut butter banana smoothies (organic milk, organic peanut butter), graham crackers
Lunch: Asian chicken meatballs, fried brown rice w/ organic veggies
PM: veggie chips, peanuts

Friday
AM: warm crescent rolls(Immaculate Baking Co.) with organic strawberry jam
Lunch: tuna salad, nut thin crackers, fresh pineapple
PM: bagels, organic cream cheese
