Lunch: pasta w/ lentil beef sauce (organic marinara sauce, lentils, local grass fed beef, brown rice pasta), organic spinach w/ homemade vinaigrette
PM: organic popcorn w/ butter

Wednesday
AM: clementine oranges
Lunch: scrambled eggs (local organic eggs, butter), homemade organic bread w/ apple butter
PM: cheddar cheese cubes

Thursday
AM: Schumann’s Bakehaus granola, organic almond milk
Lunch: pinto beans, organic rice, organic broccoli
PM: veggie chips

Friday
AM: organic pears
Lunch: whole milk organic yogurt, blueberries, rice crackers
